Purchases & Deposits

All orders must be placed via email.
Orders require a 50% deposit before production or purchasing commences.
Stock will only be reserved once payment reflects as cleared in our bank account.
Balance is due prior to delivery upon confirmation of transport / delivery fees.

Ownership of Stock & Designs

All goods and stock remain the exclusive property of KaleidoAfrique until payment is received in full.
All designs, artwork, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of KaleidoAfrique and may not be reproduced or resold without prior written consent.

Colour Disclaimer

Please note that due to variations in monitor, phone, and device screen calibrations, the colours you see on your screen may differ slightly from the final physical print colour.

Returns & Refund Policy

Returned stock qualifies for a refund only if undamaged.
We do not accept responsibility for damage and/or losses incurred during delivery.
Items must be returned inside their original packaging.
The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees.
A 10% administration fee applies to all processed returns.

Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver all orders within a 21 working day window.
Our stock is all made to order, manufactured locally and packaged with care.
We will communicate any updates directly if any issues interfere with the projected timeline.
